She made history as the first Emirati artist to be featured on Instagram’s official account, and her work has since received international recognition through publications including Harper’s Bazaar, The National, and Gestalten.
Mariam’s artworks have been exhibited globally, from local galleries and fairs to international platforms, including Khawla Art Gallery, Mestaria Gallery, The Workshop, Sikka Art & Design Festival, Berlin Blue - Germany, and Expo Milano - Italy. Alongside her studio practice, she has collaborated with brands such as L’Occitane, Nestlé KitKat, Masafi, Etihad Airways, and Mirzam and maintains an ongoing creative partnership with Apple, using their tools as an integral part of her artistic process.
